At the same time was selected to work in Belgo Mineira, where he served for three years, but frustrated, he worked with steel fiber, with the passion stressing.
He then began to work closely with the Monobeton, with the desire to develop the prestressed floor. And so he designed his first work, 44000m2, Cintra Brewery in Piraí-RJ, Odebrecht.
In 2004, working all day and teaching at PUC decided to leave the company and build their design and consulting firm in his apartment.

It was well until a client asked him to do beyond the design, prestressing the floor of one of his works. Acquiring equipment through its first funding, had as its first prestressing, a work from Embraer in Hawk Peixoto, and then three works of Casas Bahia.
So the company was consolidated in the project area and prestressing.
Talking to investors, decided to initiate the Industrial Floor Ready: a package from the floor, which includes all phases of the floor, from design to finish, with technical responsibility and insurance work. This proposal for comfort and safety for the client, only in the country, was the turning point.
In five years, with much struggle, grew 200%, purchased a company that worked with a partner company philosophy. And with great humility came to a team of 135 employees, more than two and a half million square feet built, and a record card 6232m2 without expansion joints.
